Title: Enjoyable Family Stay

My children wanted more outdoor play options for kids.

It is such a new and fantastic apartment, everything was very good. Boasts comfortable bed, lovely bedroom. Helpful staff and no complaints.

I liked the apartment though some things didn't work.

my apartment was beautiful and fairly clean not far from city center and the both-mountains and the town. staff were kind and courteous, i really enjoyed you guys. heated, compact rooms, there were central heating, a work desk, and television. there was a luxurious bathroom. their breakfast was very tasty and satisfactory - fab products. everything was simply perfect. it was marvellous near skiing at jasna.

The apartment was clean, new, and had a beautiful outlook onto the mountains. the staff were friendly and helpful. the spa and sauna room were a great addition and perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. the apartment had all the necessary amenities for preparing meals and resting after a tiring day.

Felt warm, no complaints.

Stayed here with my children, everything was very good. The room was new-fashioned and stylish, a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave were available too. The location was marvellous and stunning, short walk to all the surrounding attractions, the various Slovakian tourist sites West of the Tatras and skiing at Jasna, I couldn't have asked for anything better👍

Amazing and fairly clean apartment with location really close to a very nice and quiet green area, Mountains and Demaenovska dolina and Jasna, everything was in order. It was a fine stay for nights out and shopping trips, I can just recommend the place...

Nothing to dislike!

The newly renovated apartments were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The friendly staff catered to all our requests, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The resort's location was perfect, with free parking right next to the cottages. We enjoyed the convenience of having a great cafe on-site and found the breakfast to be delicious. The resort also offered a range of activities for families, including skiing, cycling, and hiking, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a memorable vacation.

For families with children, it would be great if the living room couch in the room was more comfortable to sit on.

The interior was modern, it had everything for a such great stay for Winter or Summer Holidays. Staff was fantastic and provided us with an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a personal safe.

The selection of activities offered in the area, such as skiing, cycling, and hiking, provided us with endless fun and adventure. The resort's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful mountains and experience the breathtaking scenery. Our children were thrilled to try skiing for the first time and the resort's ski facilities catered perfectly to beginners like them. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing us with valuable recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. it was a wonderful experience filled with joy and unforgettable memories.

The apartments are newly renovated with a beautiful interior and impeccable cleanliness. the rooms are spacious and the location is excellent, with free parking right next to the cottages. the staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel offers a great cafe on-site with delicious food.

Some guests mentioned a potential issue with the cooling system, as one stated that the controller didn't work.

We had a great stay at Hilson Jasna , Garden Resort. the reception staff was efficient and welcoming, making check, in quick and easy. the room was spacious, clean, and well, equipped with a kitchen and clean towels and linens. the hotel also had lovely outdoor facilities for kids and seating areas with a barbecue. the location was perfect for exploring the Tatras region, and there was free parking and Wi, Fi throughout the hotel. the helpful reception team provided us with information about trips in the area. a fantastic experience with excellent amenities and friendly staff. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

The apartment we stayed in was clean, modern, and well equipped. The parking was excellent and the receptionists were very helpful. We enjoyed the outside playground for children and the beautiful view from our room. The location was perfect for our needs.

The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained.

It was a bit difficult to get around from the hotel, especially with the crowded buses to the ski resort. The water in the kitchen sink drained slowly.

Lovely outdoor facilities for kids, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, helpful and kind receptionists. Cons: Oh, nothing much, just a bit of noise from construction, a forgetful and unapologetic bartender, and a dirty breakfast table. But hey, who needs apologies or clean tables when you're hungry, right?
